Description

OUMA is a proven, French-built steel cruising yacht, designed by Joubert, Nivelt & Fricaud, and built by Gilles Voisin in 1995. Her beamy, sea-kindly hull and retractable keel provide comfortable offshore sailing and access to shallow, remote anchorages. This 12.95 m cutter is powered by a well-maintained 50 hp Perkins engine and has a 15 m Sparcraft alloy mast, Stack-Pack, and lazy jacks for easy handling. Fully self-sufficient, OUMA features 330W solar, a wind generator, and extensive battery capacity: 1 x start, 4 x house, and 1 x windlass, plus an inverter, watermaker, AIS, autopilot, VHF, GPS, chartplotter, and radar. Comforts include solid-timber joinery, a gas stove and oven, a freshwater-flush toilet, fans, heaters, and a large, easy-access transom boarding platform. She carries 400 L FW and 300 L diesel. A new Aries wind-vane system, spares, and tools are included. Fully equipped for coastal or international adventures.

Currently berthed at Waikawa Marina, Marlborough Sounds, with NZ import duties paid, her berth is transferable to her next happy owner.
