Description

On behalf of the High Court of New Zealand, the following vessel is offered for tender. The vessel and various on board systems require maintenance and/or repairs. Buyers must rely on their own inspections and due diligence to ascertain the condition of the vessel prior to purchase. The seller, or the sellers agent/s does not provide any guarantee or warranty that the vessel is fit for any particular purpose:

Sparkman & Stevens designed 26.82M Maxi Yacht, ‘Demoiselles’ constructed by the French boatyard, CIM to Bureau Veritas class in approximately 1989.

Caterpillar diesel of approximately 275hp, shaft drive, 2 x Kohler gensets of approximately 33kva.

Four guest cabins each with ensuites, two crew cabins forward with two additional heads, comprehensive galley which includes domestic sized 4 burner gas stove & oven, several fridges & freezers & extractor fan, large indoor & outdoor entertaining areas. Electronics include radar, GPS, autopilot, SSB & VHF radios, AIL satellite system. Equipment includes self furling jib, self furling staysail, in mast furling mainsail, RIB with 40hp outboard motor on davits, ice maker, bar fridge, air-conditioning system.

Vessel is situated in Chaffers Marina, Wellington, viewing strictly by appointment.
