Description

A talented Nelson boat builder has now completed a major top to bottom restoration under the direction of her late owner, and she is now looking at her magnificent best.

The 13.1 metre Lady Karita was designed and built by Sam Ford in Kauri for a flag officer of the Ponsonby Cruising Club. She later had various owners and was surveyed as a passenger vessel in the Marlborough Sounds until 2015. She is currently berthed in Nelson (berth available if required) where the restoration has been completed.

Powered by 6 Cylinder Ford 130hp diesel with shaft drive she cruises economically at 8.5 knots and provides superb cruising comfort for four, with full headroom. A classic vessel restored to better than new, she will turn heads wherever she goes.

Please enquire for full details or to arrange an appointment to view.
